We always have something for everyone here at The Glades. There are always open tee times so you can schedule when you want to play any day of the week.

Starting on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:00 am we have an 18 hole Scramble. It is a great way to meet new people. On Thursday mornings our ladies enjoy their day with a fun scramble.

On Saturday mornings at 8:00 am we have a Skins game. You can test your skills and make new friends at the same time.

On Sundays we have a Fun Day. This is our most popular get together. Couples are chosen into 4 person teams and play a scramble format that sometimes has a little twist. It’s a fun time for all.

Tournaments

We have several tournaments throughout the Season. We start out with our Military Appreciation Tournament open to all current and retired service men and women and their spouses that reside here at the Glades. We also have our Club Championship which is open to both men and women based on a handicap system. It is a 36 hole tournament with both gross and net divisions. There are four formats, scramble, alternate shot, better ball, and individual matches. Be sure and turn in your scores to be eligible to play in all our tournaments. We also have a tournament called Superintendent's Revenge. This is where our Superintendent sets up the golf course any way he wants to with a lot of crazy twists and pin placements. It is lots of fun playing an untraditional course setup.

Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program for Golf

Here at the Glades RV Resort we have joined with Audubon International to become an Audubon Certified facility. We are committed to preserve and enhance our environment through programs Audubon has proscribed as essential through stewardship and maintenance practices. The fact sheet will summarize exactly what the Golf Program is about and what The Glades RV Resort is striving to achieve.
