Cancellation and Refund Policy

RV SITES

Our current daily and weekly fees will apply to all cancelled reservations.
Monthly $250 fee applies to all cancelled reservations.
No refunds if cancelled within 2 weeks prior to arrival.

CABIN RENTALS

Daily and weekly $125.00 applies to all cancelled reservations.
No refunds if cancelled within 2 weeks prior to arrival.

FOR ALL RENTALS ONE MONTH+

For rental terms of one month or more $250.00 cancellation fee applies. No refunds if cancelled within 2 weeks prior to arrival. All rentals, one month or longer will pay for electric.

No refunds for early departures.

10% off full rate for one day only. (Not valid Jan, Feb, and March)

PASSPORT AMERICA

50% off full rate for one day only. (Not valid Jan, Feb, and March)

MILITARY

20% off full rate for maximum 7 days. (Not valid Jan, Feb, and March)

 Reservation Policy

Reservations prior to arrival are highly recommended. A site is guaranteed for the length of your paid reservation with a prepayment. Site selection is based on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Site assignments will be determined by the office prior to check in.

Our listed pricing is applicable to two people only. Any additional overnight guests will be accessed a $3 per person per day charge. Maximum of 5 people allowed per site. Cabins and park homes rentals allow a maximum of two pets per unit and require a a $20 non-refundable pet usage fee per pet. Any damages will be charged to your credit card or account.

Prepayment of

Full payment is required at time of booking a reservation for rentals of 1 Month or less.

For seasonal reservations 2 months or longer a $500 deposit is required when booking a reservation - with the full balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

For annual reservations please call our office at 863-902-7034 for details. The Glades offers a $200 discount to annual residents who wish to prepay their entire stay with a check or cash.

A maximum of two pets are permitted per accommodation.
Daily and weekly fees are $20.00 per day per pet, non refundable.
For stays one month or longer, fees are $100.00 per month per pet, non refundable.
We will hold your credit card information on file and if any damage occurs, there will be additional charges.
